The LIV has been requested by the Minister for Revenue and Financial Services, The Hon. Kelly O’Dwyer MP, to provide two nominations of suitably qualified individuals to consider the registration and discipline of registered liquidators coming before Committees formed under the Insolvency Law Reform Act 2016 (Cth).

Candidates will preferably have experience in administrative law or in conducting disciplinary processes within the legal profession.

Applicants will be assessed based on their prior experiences and against general criteria.
