The LIV has responded to a Victorian Government consultation paper focused on Addressing Sexual Harassment in Victorian Workplaces.

The consultation paper circulated through Engage Victoria, sought input regarding additional measures the Victorian Government can take to prevent and raise awareness about harassment, support those affected by it, and enforce standards across Victorian workplaces.

The LIV made numerous recommendations in each area, with particular reference to the differing capabilities of large and small employers, the role of bystanders in addressing harassment, and the opportunities to strengthen WorkSafe's role in enforceing standards.
