The Law Institute of Victoria (‘LIV’) welcomes the opportunity to provide its submission on Infrastructure Victoria’s Draft 30-year Strategy (Draft Strategy) and Options Book (Options Book). The LIV is the peak professional association for Victorian solicitors and as such has focused on those recommendations and options which relate to the provision of justice services. The LIV has drawn upon the experience and expertise of its membership, as well as on previous submissions on justice infrastructure.
