The Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) has released the annual report for the DEHL section, encompassing Disability, Elder and Health Law.

Collectively, the section advocates for law reform and policy change with respect to matters involving elder law, health law and disability law.

The DEHL committee frequently consults with external bodies, including the Office of Public Advocate (OPA), the Australian Medical Association (AMA), and the Law Council of Australia (LCA), as well as the LIV Succession Law Committee and Elder Abuse Prevention Advisory Group.

Please read the 2019 DEHL Annual Report here.
