Disabled Persons Guardianship 


The LIV has made six recommendations to the state opposition on the Guardianship and Administration Bill 2018.

The submission says that, while the LIV is broadly supportive of the Bill’s direction and purpose, in its current form the Bill fails to balance an individual’s right to autonomy while protecting persons with disabilities from abuse and exploitation.
