LIV makes recommendations on Voice to Parliament

By Administrative Law and Human Rights Section

The Law Institute of Victoria has made recommendations in a submission to the Law Council of Australia concerning the proposed Indigenous co-design process for the Voice to Parliament.

The proposals discuss possible options for a constitutionally enshrined Indigenous Voice to Parliament.

The LIV's submission addresses the proposals identified in the Referendum Council's Interim Report and Discussion Paper, making several recommendations concerning the proposed national Voice to Parliament.
