Swift, Certain and Fair approaches to sentencing family violence offenders

The LIV submits that an SCF scheme for Family Violence offending is undesirable. The LIV argues that adopting early intervention and re-education methods are the best way to tackle Family Violence offending, rather than an incarceration-first SCF scheme.
