The Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) has provided feedback to the Law Council of Australia (LCA) regarding the Australian Registrars' National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) Model Operation Requirements and Model Participation Rules Version 5.1.

The LIV's feedback to the LCA is framed in terms of the discussion that occurred at the industry forum and some of the more significant issues that the LIV wishes to draw to the LCA's attention.
