The Law Institute of Victoria's Family Law Section has provided a submission to the Law Council of Australia on the Australian Law Reform Commission's Final Report on the Inquiry into Australia's Family Law System.

The Submission addresses a number of the 60 Recommendations made in the Final Report, many of which would result in a significant departure from the current family law legislation and practice.
