No problem, you can easily recover your details or reset your password.
Verify your user identity by submitting a 'Forgot username?' or ‘Forgot password?’ and provide your LIV registered email details and you will receive an email with instructions.

As part of updated security requirements, passwords must meet minimum criteria: At least seven characters in length, containing at least one numeric character.
Your password may have failed as it did not meet the improved security criteria – You can easily reset your password by following the steps listed above.
