Gino Dal Pont is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Tasmania and an acclaimed author across a wide variety of legal fields. He has written extensively on topics such as legal ethics, equity and trusts, and succession law, with his work frequently cited in Australian courts. He is the General Editor of Halsbury’s Laws of Australia and has been recognised by the award of an LLD, as well as Fellowship of both the Australian Academy of Law and the College of Law.
