The LIV’s Ethics Team facilitate an interactive panel discussion in this session which focuses on navigating challenging ethical issues in criminal law practice.
Our panel will consider scenarios including the misuse of client legal privilege and the representation of syndicates, challenges posed by hybrid work arrangements and the relevance of section 52 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 for prosecutors.
