  • Speakers

    Dr Phillip Bender, Barrister, Victorian Bar. Dr Philip Bender is a member of the Victorian Bar and a sessional member of an administrative tribunal. He has a general practice in administrative law and commercial and property law, including trusts and estates and taxation and superannuation. He has acted in many complex trusts and taxation disputes for private clients and revenue authorities. Philip is also the author of Bender’s Australian Stamp Duties, a book on stamp duties law in all Australian jurisdictions published by the Tax Institute.
