    Susan Hamilton-Green, Principal, Creative Family Law Solutions & LIV Accredit Specialist in Family Law and Mediation Susan Hamilton-Green is a solicitor/mediator in private practice. She is accredited by the Law Institute as a Specialist in Family Law and Mediation. She has practiced exclusively in Family Law as a Senior Associate and Consultant in city law firms. Her work has involved all aspects of Family Law, including financial and parenting matters and most of her own court appearances. In 2005 Susan established her own business, undertaking private mediations and conferences for the Family Dispute Resolution Service (formerly RDM) operated by Victoria Legal Aid. She has a keen interest in facilitating outcomes to suit the individual needs of families, and is currently exploring additional tools to assist in this task including med-arb, and conflict coaching. She has well established connections with many professionals from associated areas and supports a multidisciplinary approach to family disputes.
