Get ready for the new era in whistleblower protection.

Since 1 July 2019, Australia has a new whistleblower protection regime covering the corporate and tax sectors. As such, public companies, large proprietary companies, and corporate trustees of registrable superannuation entities also must have a policy in place for dealing with whistleblowers.

Lead by experienced professionals, this practical session will analyse the new whistleblower protection laws, discuss tips and tricks for drafting a compliant whistleblower policy for clients, and work through a practical case study on handling whistleblower disclosures under the new regime.

This highly practical session is part of the LIV Lunchtime Learning series.

Since 1 July 2019, Australia has a new whistleblower protection regime covering the corporate and tax sectors.
