      Our knowledgeable presenter will introduce you to the work of Royal Victorian Association of Honorary Justices. This will be followed by a thorough review of the key changes and additional requirements for oaths, affirmations, affidavits, and statutory declarations, and the updated, clearer certification scheme for true copies of original documents.

      You will also be provided with an opportunity to work through a number of scenarios pertaining to the practical application of the new Act and Regulations.
