  • Full Description

Change is upon us - and nowhere is that more true than in property law practice.

In early 2017 Land Use Victoria announced a timetable for the transition to 100% digital lodgement. By 1 August 2019, with very limited exception, all transactions must be lodged electronically. This will apply to practitioners and conveyancers acting for a party or themselves, and mandates the use of electronic conveyancing. Subscribing to PEXA (the Electronic Lodgement Network) takes time and operating in this new digital environment means implementing new business practices and processes. But when exactly is this all happening and how should you prepare?

In this highly informative symposium, we will be taking a closer look at the transition to 100% digital and what this mean for your practice, as well as providing practical, real-world advice on how you can best ready yourself. Hear from our expert property law practitioners, risk managers and support providers on the steps you can take to ensure you hit the ground running.
