  • About the author

    David Field is an Honorary Associate Professor of Law at Bond University, where he taught evidence law for over 14 years. He specialised in Supreme Court commercial causes and legal aid criminal cases during his career in practice. He was also the Solicitor for Prosecutions for Queensland.
