Now, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all universities across Australia are moving students to e-learning facilities for the foreseeable future.  This change will make many students feel uncomfortable and unsure of how they can learn effectively in an online environment – one without the security and solidarity of fellow students and professors in a typical classroom setting. Understandably, for many students, this unplanned environment may create an apprehensive and distressing learning scenario, leaving them feeling overwhelmed and isolated.
