The LIV has released a new Memorandum of Common Provisions (MCP) AA3553, the new MCP is available on the Lawsoft and elawpublishing websites. Hard copies will be available later this week in the LIV bookshop. 

Capacity Guidelines ‘Taking instructions when a client’s capacity is in doubt.’
The guidelines and toolkit have been updated to reflect the amendments to medical treatment laws in Victoria and are to be used from 12 March 2018. A concise version of the guidelines is available on the LIV’s website, the full version is available in hardcopy from the bookshop.
