The Legacy Caseload factsheet provides information for asylum seekers who arrived in Australia by boat between 13 August 2012 and 31 August 2013. It explains how a migration agent can assist, where to find a migration agent, how to make an appointment and how much it should cost.

The factsheet includes a list of migration agents who are members of the LIV’s Legacy Caseload Working Group and who have agreed to charge low capped fees for services to asylum seekers including advice and applications.
