The LIV, informed by lawyers specialising in assisting vulnerable families and children seeking protection from family violence, has provided its submission to the Family Violence Reform Implementation Monitor. Evaluating the progress of reforms since the Royal Commission into Family Violence, the Family and Criminal Law Section members seek to demonstrate areas where protection gaps remain and provide recommendations for these protections to be strengthened.
