The Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) has prepared a submission in relation to Australia's faunal extinction crisis to the Senate Standing Committees on Environment and Communications.

The submission focuses on the importance of the Commonwealth regulatory and policy framework ensuring that Commonwealth policy ends are met through State actions. The LIV considers the interconnected system of laws and policy should be consistent in order to facilitate consistent outcomes.
